After another banner year, Toronto’s culinary community has plenty to celebrate — and on November 25, we’ll gather to do exactly that. The annual foodism ICON Awards return for its second year, this time taking over the storied Imperial Room at the Fairmont Royal York. It’s where chefs, bartenders, industry leaders and food lovers will raise a glass to the superstars who make our city shine.
Guests will be welcomed in style with a glass of Perrier-Jouët Champagne before exploring a host of delicious activations. Ramsbury Estates will be on deck with a cocktail station, shaking up creative pours with their sustainable gin — recently crowned Gin of the Year at the London Spirits Competition 2025. Meanwhile, whisky aficionados can take a deep dive into the spirit with Highland Park.

For a touch of escapism, step into the St Kitts area, designed to transport guests straight to the Caribbean. Here you’ll have the chance to win a gift certificate from local jewellery brand Bluboho, along with the grand prize of a return trip to the island itself.
No foodism soirée is complete without delicious bites to match. The Fairmont’s own culinary team will be serving elegant canapés, while San Pellegrino keeps things lively with its signature sparkle.
